Employees may report suspected illegal conduct in person to your manager or an HR representative, anonymously by calling Ethical Advocate toll free at 1.866.226.8652 or via email by going to the Ethical Advocate website at www.ethadv.com.
This is an outside service that will be handling all reports confidentially. A committee at YTB will promptly investigate all reports and will promptly correct any problems. This committee will record concerns received and the follow-up actions taken to investigate and respond to each concern.
